These terms and conditions apply to all services operated by hp999 and its operators — including the website, mobile app, and other digital platforms. hp999 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Using hp999 from any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law is strictly forbidden. It is each member's own responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws.

To open an account at hp999, the following conditions must be met:

• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false details may result in account closure.

Please keep the following rules in mind when making a withdrawal:

• Withdrawals must always be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals may be held if any active bonus wagering requirements have not been completed.

Hp999 follows strict KYC (Know Your Customer) policies to prevent money laundering. If unusual transactions are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

Participation in hp999's bonus program is optional. However, once a bonus is accepted, the specific terms and conditions attached to that bonus must be followed.

Additional Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus can only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise in the offer.
• Baccarat, roulette, or certain other games may not count toward wagering requirements — refer to each bonus page for details.
• Once a bonus expires, any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be automatically forfeited.
• Hp999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, hp999 may cancel the bonus without further investigation.

Before placing a bet in hp999's Sports Betting section, please familiarise yourself with the key rules below. Placing a bet constitutes acceptance of these rules.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, hp999's Cash Out feature allows you to take a partial or full return on select bets — this is not available on all bets or all matches.

• Match Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet is refunded.
• Match Suspended: If the match does not resume within 12 hours, the bet is generally voided.
• Incorrect Odds: If a technical error results in clearly incorrect odds being displayed, hp999 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Match Fixing: In cases of suspicious outcomes, hp999 may withhold payouts pending an investigation.
• Live Betting: Some delay in in-play betting is normal. The outcome at the time a bet is accepted is final.

All casino games on hp999 are powered by licensed third-party software providers (such as Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play). Every game outcome is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and independently audited.

If a technical issue occurs during gameplay:

• If the connection is lost, any ongoing round is saved and the result will be available once the connection is restored.
• Server data is the final authority — if on-screen information is inaccurate due to a technical error, server logs will apply.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final. Due to video feed delays from the studio, there may be a difference between what is displayed and the actual outcome — the data recorded at the time the bet was confirmed will prevail.

Participation in any of the following activities will result in permanent account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Bonus system abuse (claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, false information, or fraudulent means)
• Using another person's account credentials or attempting to hack an account
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds
• Exploiting any system bugs or technical errors for personal gain
• Using any third-party automation tools or bots
• Participating in or cooperating with match fixing
• Collecting or disclosing other members' personal information

Hp999 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, report it to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Hp999 may suspend or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause within the Terms & Conditions
• Failure to verify identity or providing incorrect information
• Unusual or suspicious transaction activity
• At the member's own request (Self-Exclusion)
• Age Policy Violations

To voluntarily close your account, contact support or go to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings to complete the process. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

Hp999 views Responsible Gaming not merely as an obligation, but as a genuine commitment. We believe entertainment should be enjoyable — not a burden.
